two sad things and two happy things

Some sad things and some happy things were happened in my life. Two things that make me happy and two things let me down were occured.

It is worth writing that it is bank's things. Last term, i asked application with bank letter, and opened a bank right now. This my first time went to bank. After about a week, the bank sent me a letter told me that they had forgotten to copy my passport. Then I went to bank and compeleted this process. This was my second time went to bank.I dis pressed with it. This term, I found the address is wrong in the bank letter. So I had to bank check and correct my address.This was my third time.So thus is my two gloomy things.

It is worth rejoicing that bank'service. They are so kind and patient. They were not bored with me and report again and again, until I can understand the meaning. The last time to go to bank. My friend com paned with me .So I am happy.
